    There are plenty of time travel stories where this happens and isn't seen but I don't want to read that.

    Does anyone have any decent stories where the SoS is blown and it makes up a large chunk of the story?

    Emperor by Marquis Black has a huge portion about the Statute of Secrecy.

    Ambient by Caliburn. The end of the SoS surprisingly doesn't take a big role in the story, but it's one of the best in my opinion.

    Also, The Other Boy Who Lived by Kwan-Li.

    Rhetor's Counting to Five Thousand has a lot of debate about the Statute of Secrecy. Nice little story. It is unique, if nothing else.
