Title: The One Who's Always Loved Me
    Author: Ishtar
    Rating: Teens
    Genre: Comedy/Romance
    DLP Category: Romance or Humor
Pairing: Harry/??? (Will give away ending)
Status: Says WIP on website, but looks complete.
Summary: The final battle is over, and Harry must declare his True Love. Who shall it be? One shot. Not who you think it is.

When reading the fic, it becomes obvious who Harry is going to "choose", but it's quite funny, and worth a read. Some lovely putdowns.

Not really funny at all. I laughed once or twice. Her "putdowns" aren't even original, and have been used thousands of times before. Seen it all before. This was just better written grammar wise with a nice twist with the pairing.

Heh. A fun little one-shot. I especially liked the last bit.

Unoriginal, boring, cliched (can't put the accent in), and frankly a little bit stupid.

I like most of Ishtar's work. Family Values was a quite good before she decided to drop it. This just marks the point at which her writing skills begin to make their slow decent into the abyss of shitty fanfics.

    My rating: 1.5/5

Wasn't a surprise for me; Hedwig rippin' into Ginny spoiled it.

At this point any fic that doesn't involve vampires or excessive amounts of smut is getting a +1 to my ratings so this was refreshing...even if short and a bit predictable.

Stal might like this, but only barely.

3/5 for the word 'Daphne' in it.

Not bad. A bit sappy ending, but interesting nonetheless.

Nice, if predictable. Some of the slams were over-done, like the flaming of Ginny. Well written (of course) and generally in character.

There had been similar fics, so it wasn't that original, and I assumed who the partner would be when he started to rant about Lily. The rants were almost like a summary of the clichéd post-Azkaban-hate monologues.

Nevertheless the wish ended with a twist and the last lines were entertaining. Combined with good grammar and spelling I'd say 3.5/5

I might just be grouchy today, but I did not care for this. I thought it was predictable and weak with all of the bitch slapping.

That is not what I consider a Happy Ending, but maybe I am a dirty old man at heart.

    2/5 (the grammar was ok)

    How it should have gone;

Dumbledore; "That, Harry, is a Happy ending."
Harry; "If I wanted a happy ending I'd go to a Korean massage parlor. Give me Snape's greasy head on a pike."
:: poof! :: Snape is decapitated and his head appears on the top of a spear.
Harry; "All in a day's work..."

Still gave me my 5th favorite pairing so 4/5.

I couldn't see Harry saying all of that verbally, no matter how exhausted/fucked up he was. I mean . . . you could give someone the chance to be alive again, and you just reject them to their faces? Eh, no. It was decent writing, I would have preferred it to be mental rather than actually out loud, the problems were pretty much standard, except for the one with Hermione, which was a bit of a stretch.

:( Harry should have read about all of the diseases he could get from engaging in sexual intercourse with birds from Chuck's very informative post.

I don't really like rating one-shots, I'd probably give it a 3.5 leaning 3 out of 5 if I had to, for the decent writing, although it wasn't great.

I liked this a small bit, but mostly because it had Harry/Hedwig, otherwise It'd be too average.

But even with my pairing of choice, I like some depth and romance and all that rot. It was much to short, and it was basicaly ripped off from most Indy!Harry stories. Hearing that rant was refreshing a year ago, now its just annoying.

The writing was o.k. nothing great. The flow was a bit flawed. The ending rocked though, only really amusing part in it.

It was not okay. I'd say it's below average. The fic provided nothing new at all. Much like my post, it is just a repeat of a bunch of rather dull facts we've all heard already. I thought the very premise was idiotic, Dumbledore magically comes back as a ghost (as does everyone else), to give Harry a sparkling pink wish? Everything was so off. I just don't like it.

Ya...I'll have to agree and give it a 2/5. It wasn't very interesting at all. It was kinda boring really. And a Post Owl Rebellion killing a dark lord? Riiiiiight, that'll happen when the King of England turns into Santa Clause...totally retarded.

4/5 for comedic value, but 2/5 for plot and the ranting. Another + for quality (grammar/spelling).
