Thread Prefixing for Library Threads

    Now enabled is thread prefixing, a system which allows thread posters to select between certain prefixes for their threads to show up before the title, as well as being a searchable, filterable item.

    Currently users can only post new threads with prefixes, however threads tagged 'Complete', 'WIP', 'Oneshot', and 'Abandoned' will be edited and prefixed by moderators in order to free up tags for other uses.

    Thread prefixing is currently available in the Library forums and "Other Fandom" forums minus the Work By Author forums.

    This is awesome and will help searching for stories to read a lot! Will there be a way to search stories based on their note so that you can for example only see WIP stories?

    You can use thread prefixes in searches as well as filter by them on the forum display pages themselves.

    I'll be damn, I have been wanting this feature for a while now.

    My idea would have been to put the status in the actual link, something like [WIP] The Best Revenge by Arsinoe de Blassenville - T. This would allow us to click the Thread/Thread Starter button at the top of the Library section and have the board auto short by what ever is in the brackets.

    If you go down to the bottom of the forum display, you can filter by prefix.

    I think making an 'updated' sign which lasts for a day or two could possibly make this even awesomer, though it's hard to imagine. :D
