Pretty much what the title says. I've read Twist of Fate by FirePhoenix8

    Preferably Dark!Harry, and I don't care if it's slash.

I guess I have a few recommendations since you don't care if their slash.

Solace in Shadows - Harry is kidnapped by the diary Tom Riddle in his second year. Writing is painfully average, but it's long and a pretty decent time waster. Gray!Harry, I guess? Slash undertones, but this author never goes full slash.

If Them's the Rules - Harry goes back in time to raise Tom Riddle. Written well if you can take the fluff. Light!Harry. It's really slashy and it will be slash, but nothing has happened yet.

The Train to Nowhere - AU where Voldemort rules the world like Prince of the Dark Kingdom, but Harry's parents are alive and he goes to Durmstrang. Written by the same author as the one above, very long. Also slash, but nothing has happened yet.

One of the most recommended would be: Rectifier

though it's more focused on Tom and much less on Harry. Basically, good AU Tom Riddle enters canonverse.

There is also: Stranger in an Unholy Land. Canon Harry is transported to a land where he's Voldemort's top henchman and he's absorbing AU!Harry's skills.

Among semi-bad fanfic you can look to: Kurinoone Harry raised by Voldemort with a contrived plot but good action scenes and a lot of worldbuilding. Her stories are cliched but do have that Voldemort-Harry dynamic.

This a trilogy. Don't read the third one. Be prepared for a shitload of angst. Other than that, it's a fun read if you like a strong MC who doesn't put up with bullshit.

I actually liked the third one the best. AU Harry's interactions with canon characters were very interesting. The second part of the trilogy is one that I didn't like. The "Voldemort raises Harry" storyline is cliche now, but I still think this trilogy does it very well. Then again, this was my first Dark!Harry read, so I'm biased.

As to other stories of this kind:
    1. Lily and the Art of Being Sisyphus : Fem!Harry and Horcrux!Voldemort are on the same page. Absurdist story.
    2. Do Androids dream of electric sheep? : Diary!Riddle raises Harry.
    3. October : Master of Death Harry befriends first year Tom. Time Travel.
    4. The Counterfeit cousin : Another Diary!Riddle raises Harry story.
    5. Enveloped in Darkness : Harry joins Voldemort in his first year.

Also, did anyone read 'Twist of Fate' in full? I thought it was well written and interesting, but too damn slow placed to be any good.

Ice Crux by Hermione Prime is pretty good, if I recall (though I read it two years ago). Features Harry as a reluctant apprentice to Voldemort. It has a complete sequel, Dawn Crux, which I haven't read yet (and as such, can't vouch for the quality of it).
