Don't know if I should mention my client or not but here's the problem, I'm averaging about 3 B/s. I'm Firewalled even with my Firewall off, testing my port gets a timed-out message and a NAT error saying my port is closed. Strangely this is after I opened and confirmed said port, any kind of advice would be appreciated.

Out of all the possibilities I can think of there are a few that you may be encountering.

    A. ISP Blocking/Packet Shaping
    Solution: Turn on encryption
    B. The torrent sucks
Solution: Check for seeders, make sure there are not an outrageous amount of leechers.
    C. The tracker sucks
Solution: look for the file elsewhere.

Jump onto a known good torrent with a very high seeder:leecher ratio. Turn on traffic encryption. Leave it running for a while and see how much you download and upload.
