Trouble with Chatzilla

    So, I'm having a bit of trouble connecting to IRC via Chatzilla. I open it up and it connects me to irc.darklordpotter.net, but #darklordpotter remains blank. What's really strange is that I can connect to an IRC channel on quakenet but not on the DLP channel.

    Oz and I tried figuring it out - he thinks I was banned, but Chatzilla informs me when that happens, and furthermore I haven't done anything ban-worthy. I, on the other hand, am at a loss. Can anyone shed some light on this?

    I'm having the same problem. It tells me my ip was banned but I havent done anything banworthy...weird.

    Have you tried connecting through mibbit?

    It doesn't even tell me my IP has been banned. And yeah, mibbit works - that's how Oz and I tried to figure out what was wrong. The problem is, I hate mibbit, so I'd like to get Chatzilla working again.

    How about Firefox? There was also an update recently, that might have something to do with it.

    I knew I wasn't banned! I'm able to get on IRC from a different computer, so the problem must be with my computer. I'll try upgrading Firefox when I get home tonight, but I don't think that can be it since I can connect to another IRC channel with my current version.
