Disclaimer: I'm aware sharing one's own story is frowned upon here. Not sure why, but it is what it is I guess. So at the risk of being vilified, I'm gonna throw caution to the wind and do it anyway because I as well as many others feel it is a quality story. However, before chewing me out for having the unspeakable nerve to do so, hear me out.

I'm well aware of the notorious reputation the Saw films have.

I agree with most of it.

That being the case, most would take one look at the story here and immediately assume it to be torture porn based on the fact it's Saw, but I must stress this is not the case. It does have its fair share of gory moments, don't get me wrong. But I really am trying to tell a good story, full of surprises, suspense, twists, and awesome moments in general. From the feedback I've gotten I've been succeeding. Most people I've shared the fic with actually really like it, even those who admitted to outright hating Saw with a passion. Winning over those people in particular is always something I pride myself in.

Bottom line, if I wasn't confident in my work, I wouldn't be sharing it here, period.
