One detail I remember is when the heir of slytherin strikes Dumbledore puts a very thin ribbon or string around Tom's hand, and it latches on to the nearest surface whenever there has been an attack, thus immobilizing Tom. But Tom wasn't guilty.

Pretty good, if you ask me, though I was getting some Slash-y vibes as Harry and Tom got to know each other better. I'd actually forgotten all about this one, so thanks for bringing it up.
