I dunno, whenever I picture Remus Lupin I always seens ome guy who is like 5'10 or 5'11ish with short grey hair with flecks of white, a short gottee (spelled wrong I know) and a muscular build.

Obviously he doesn't look like this in canon... But WHY THE FUCK DOES HE HAVE TO LOOK LIKE SUCH A PANSY IN THE MOVIES!!!

Can someone just answer me that question?

 

I'd say 6 footish, very tired looking, with shoulder length hair. Average build, he's never described as muscular, the strength is magical, derived from the werewolf virus, so he wouldn't have to actually have the bulk to make the strength possible.

I could see him as clean shaven, since he's supposed to be the scholorly one (the f-ed up concept of the intelligent beast thats been used a gillion times in fiction)

As for why he looks like a bitch, dunno, I guess when they saw how gay the CGI people made the werewolf look, they wanted someone that'd work with that.

 

Yeah, but David Thewlis IS a GREAT actor.

Not in HP, but in REAL movies. CHeck out "Naked" directed by Mike Leigh.

 

I wasn't talking like steroids bulky or anything... But with enough muscle for it to actually show.

I hate JKR for stealing the intelligent beast idea from X-men... At least the character they made with the idea they stole was awesome, Lupin is just OK.

 

Ug.. after seeing him in PoA and Timeline, I've no want to ever see him in anything ever other then acting school.
