I'm probably gonna add more stuff as i find it , this is gonna be my personal dump of music :p unless it's against the rules which would suck major dick but be understandable

Royal Blood kick some serious ass. They have two albums out at the moment. The first one is their self titled album that came out of nowhere in 2014, well after opening for the Arctic Monkeys. Just two guys, one on drums the other on bass and vocals. Very big sound for two guys. Jimmy Page was even singing these guys praise.

This is pretty great. Its about the only exposure I've had to 'indie.'

@Moukaboy your punctuation is nightmarish. Mine's not great, but I can at least capitalize things that need to be capitalized.

I have cancer, and reading your post pretty much is what it feels like.

Some underground (indie) hiphop. Because I don't listen to anything other than rap/hiphop.

Royal Blood is weird, in that I totally dig a few of their songs, and can't stand the rest - but when I saw them live, I loved everything. Strange days, man.

Interim is a small-time band out of Australia that I've been digging lately. I like bands that have a lot of different sounds to them, and these guys are no exception. You have this, my favorite song by them - 'She's the Devil':

And then this, off their new CD that came out last week - 'When the Day is Long':

Great band that I hope gets going. I've had a strange love affair with rock bands out of Australia for a bit - Karnivool and Dead Letter Circus are amazing too, but they're a bit past the indie-size stage by now.

    :'(
I'm afraid my english was never good enough (shocker) to follow these type of fast rap songs and it gets annoying to check lyrics' website , probably why i love e-dubble
Well that and the fast beat , good lyrics and the general catchiness (?) of the songs

She's the devil had a bit of a slow start but when it gets going it's quite spectacular so thanks for sharing

I still found enjoying the next video after it (Calling me Back) more tbh but still

Dead Letter Circus is the shit , i don't particularly like Karnivool though

Don't know how Indie they are thesedays, but I've been enjoying Everything Everything

    and Chvrches

recently. I'm quite well positioned in Manchester to hear a fair bit of live music, and Everything Everything specially were worth the price of admission.

Other honorable mentions include Nothing but Thieves

    and The Wombats

I'm really big into indie stuff, so I figured I'd dump a load of tracks to see if any of these artists catch anyone's attention. Also, the definition indie is really strange because people have such different opinions of what the cut off point of indie is so I'm gonna be pretty open with my definitions of indie here - Some of these videos have millions of views, some only have hundreds - and I'll limit myself to one song per artist.

Classic / Indie / Soft Rock

    Bedroom - Nothing Lasts

Say Hi to Your Mom - These Fangs

The Dear Hunter - Is Anybody Here?

Paper Rival - Are We Brothers?

Brand New - The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows

    --- Post automerged ---
and I can't add any more because of the 5 pieces of media rule. ah.

    --- Post automerged ---
if anyone could post to break these up I'd appreciate it

Blitzen Trapper is a folk rock band out of Portland. They were close to making it back around 2010, but seem to have fallen off the rails after they changed labels. Here's my favorite song of theirs.

My favourite band, going on ten years now, is Faunts. They're a Canadian mob, local to Edmonton, so of course they didn't put on any shows while I was living there :'( .

Small time band killing the Irish festival circuit and radio atm.

Combination of the vocals and lyrics are quite tight.

Probably one of my most favorite metal tracks , while the band (Blind Guardian) is well known in the power metal genre this track is a side project

    Blonde Redhead, for sure.

    Damaged Coda
    Magic Mountain
    Falling Man

All their tracks are amazing, but those three are my favorite.

    You know the drill lads.

So this guy is kinda of a huge hits on our radios right now so I thought I'd share and ask if you guys heard about him.

I don't know if he can be called indie but he's not famous either so eh.
Anyway french rapper but he raps in english, surprisingly good.

Also Loud : Quebec singer , mixes french with english.
    It's decent and original

But I don't quite like the usual theme of his songs which is I got money babyyyyy.
