I stumbled upon this a little while ago when browsing tumblr. Recently refound the link.

Someone compiled a list on various topics, tools/software, world building, character development and dialogue to name a few. It might have some 404s now, but from what I remember a lot of it is useful.

Personally, a lot of the character development stuff has helped me greatly. An example this chart has made the characters I write feel more like people, and consequently made it easier to write them. It's the twelfth entry under the character development section.
