Prior to reformatting I had the Concave theme on XP. Now I've used the same steps in order to get it back, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I used UXTheme multi-patcher 6.0, reboot, then extracted the files to Resources/Themes.

Now when I go into my Appearances tab to switch, she is not there.

    Anybody?

Er ... have you tried opening the file manually? Just go to Resource/Themes/Concave and double click on the icon that says 'Concave' -- this is your Windows Visual Style File. The appearance tab should come up -- change the font if you like and click OK.

If you've already tried ^^THAT^^ and were unsuccessful, then I suggest you install the 'Vista Transformation Pack'. It does everything you'd otherwise have to do manually to change what XP looks like.

    Features include:

-Windows Theme or Visual Style (you can easily switch to the 'Concave' theme by following the aforementioned steps)
    -Icons
    -Boot Screen
    -Login Screen or Welcome Screen
    -Cursors
    -Taskbar
    -Wallpapers
    -Sounds

Don't install the third-party apps that come with this package if you're a resource nazi.

Go to start/run/msconfig and uncheck Vistart.exe and Viorb.exe under the 'Startup' tab if you wish to run another theme.

That should do the trick ... :awesome

Install the UXPatcher again. This has happened to me once.

AntiVir/Firewall installed? Some of them might block the execution on a false positive.

    Mission completed.

No more support needed for a long while to come hopefully.
