    I tried the arrabiata recipe last night. Only I used two tablespoons of red pepper flakes. And a teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika. And a quarter of a scotch bonnet I had knocking around from chilli night.

    I'm a little bitch with strong spices, but this was some delicious, wholesome culinary BDSM.

    I'm on a healthy streak, so if I make any of these I'd have to diet-ify them. I do like the idea of the slow-cooker lasagna; something that has just never occurred to me before and I'm looking forward to trying it out. Would probably work great with boodle or zoodle sheets, some pre-browned lean beef instead of pork/sausage, and a thin layer of ricotta instead of the flour / milk powder.
