I'm looking for an Azkaban fic I read a while back. Couldn't find it in the archives or on FF.N. I don't remember what it was called or who wrote it, but it was good.

Basically Harry gets sent to Azkaban for (I think, anyway) murdering the Dursleys, and for once I think he actually did the deed without any framing involved. He was in Azkaban for three years or so before escaping, after which he travels the world for the better part of a decade, learning the Dark Arts and preparing to return to England to take revenge on Dumbledore and Voldemort both.

I do remember that he trains under a 100-odd year old American Dark Wizard living in exile in Australia, and goes through several power-enhancing dark rituals, one of which gives him the ever cliche'd 'magical sight', which turns his eyes black when he uses it. He also trains in Russia at some point, and has plenty of hawt secks with several Dark Witches:banana: , but I don't remember much about those parts.

Anyone have any idea what fic I'm trying to find?

Darkness Reigns Supreme is the story. First chapter is filled with awesome blood and gore.

 

It couldn't have been all that cliché at the time, though, right?
