    I have a question for all of you...if we were to open donations for buying things for the forums, such as a licence for vBulletin, a better forum system we could convert to, how many of you would donate? Of course, there would be perks, like special titles ("DLP Elite"), and other similar things, perhaps full access at PatronusCharm once I finish it.

    I could probably toss a few bucks in, assuming I could do so directly via my credit card. I'm not big on PayPal.

    It'd have to be paypal, as creditcard processors cost a LOT of money, but I'll try the free website processing thing from PayPal which I believe just lets you process credit cards without the PayPal acct.

    Ummm... if we're going to move anyway can I toss my vote in for something based on the MXBoard systen? Its not that I mind what we've got already (IMHO this site's great as is..its what made me stop hating PHPBB, to be honest) but I reall prefer that style of board, kind of like the Delphi Forums if anyone remembers them?

    I'd be willing to toss a few bucks your way as long as the site colors and style didn't change too drastically. And as long as it didn't turn into a subscription type thing.

    Of course it won't be subscriptions. vBulletin is just a superior (and not so broken) forum, and we'll make the styles as similar as we can. I don't know about MXBoard...don't really like the style.

    Don’t own a credit card and trying to explain to the parents why I think they should give money to a web site is totally not worth it. Otherwise id honestly be willing to throw a bit of change your way.

    I'm not sure how well this applies outside the US, but I know that at least in the United States its possible to buy one off prepaid VISA cards from currency exchanges. I believe they charge you three dollars or less plus how much cash you want to place on the card but I could be wrong or the rate may be different depending on where you go. I do this for my Skype account all the time and have had zero problems with it. So as long as you have a few bucks this will work for you.

    Adding into what Born said, you can get the prepaid and rechargeable credit cards from gas stations as well now, or usually anywhere you can get prepaid mobile phone cards

    I have no credit card...And I really don't want to explain to my parents why they should donate to DLP. I could theoretically send 20 bucks cash in the mail though.
