    I recall reading a story that was pretty good in which Harry was some kind of half vampire. He wasn't the BWL and he spent all his time away from hogwarts running away from vampires. He also wore shades... Anyone know this one?

    nope, he never new of any connection to him or Sirius I think. Nevile was the BWL if I recall.
