I was rereading Awakening of a Magus out of boredom. The last current chapter hinted at Harry attempting to become a being of pure energy in order to fully harness his Magus powers by studying the wizard's state as they travel through teleport (yes I know but I can't remember how to spell the word right now). I don't recall ever reading a story about Harry converting or somehow transforming himself into a being of pure energy/magic except perhaps in Mastermind Hunting occasionally. Has anyone else ever come across a story like that?

 

There's one on ff.net where Harry is a furling or something, its a Stargate cross. That one had hints of being able to turn into energy.

 

Why would someone actively look for this kind of shit? Why would you want the main character to be made of electricity, heat, solar power or nuclear power? Unless you want him to be made of motion -.-"

 

Also, when people say made of energy, they really mean made of glowing phlogiston, seeing as how this 'energy being' isn't moving at lightspeed.

Next thing you know, there'll be Starcraft/HP crossovers everywhere, with a Archon!Harry psionically frying things.

 

There already are Starcraft/HP(/Stargate/someothershit) crossovers out there, iirc. A Google search for 'Harry Potter Stargate crossover' yielded a few C2s for HP/SG and I found one in there.

Dude, that's almost a million words. I'm not going to read it just for the sake of this thread. If it's good, than it's the exception, not the rule. What kind of energy is Harry in your story?
