Looking for a specific fic

    I have no idea what the title is or the author, forgotten it all sometime ago:(

    i remember reading about a fanfiction where harry along with 2 other are sent to an alternate universe because they had the same wish at the same time when they were sleeping (at least i seem to recall that was how it went)
    apparently having 3 at the same time triggered some spell that sent them into a parallel dimension.
    the story ended when they finally got back but i seem to remember harry bringing back his sister from another world with him.

    any help would be appreciated

    As I recall it was Harry, Lupin and Snape that got sent to the alternate dimension. I believe Harry had a sister in this dimension and if I recall correctly, there was supposed to be a sequel.
