Anyone remember the bear belt buckle?

    I think Harry used it in either Death Masks or Blood Rites. When he activated it he got an extra boost of energy. We haven't seen anything about it since. Did it explode and I don't remember or did it just disappear?

    I remember it. If i recall, it had a nasty crash as a side effect, so maybe he just decided not to use it anymore.

    It was in Blood Rites. No idea as to what happened to it, though.

    I don't remember it ever breaking, so he probably just isn't using it anymore. I didn't much care for it, anyway.

    The general opinion in the official board is that it was too much of a crutch and Deus Ex Machina, kinda like the potions. I don't know if I'm imagining it or not, but maybe there was a moment when Harry considered using it but decided it was too much of a bother to charge...?
