What I believe Harry's eyes would look like

I always imagined them to be a dark green.

Maybe deeper still. They are said to be very distinguishing.

 

The one above seems like Harry's eyes. They are emerald and that is a very deep, deep green.

 

Now that's what i would have to say Harry's eyes would look like. They have always been described as a dark emerald with a fire behind them, as if when gazed apon they were judgeing your very soul.

 

Make's him sound kind of like a pervert....

 

Well it wasn't my intention to make him sound like a perv, I was just rying to explain IMO how Harry's eyes were described. Now i'm not sure if they were ever described that way in cannon, but from reading the books and a Shite load of fanfics. That they way that i feel Harry's eyes would be.

 

Well I was kind of joking, but the way many people say how he sees their soul and how his eyes are so intense you feel you're being judged from the bottom of your very soul....makes him sound like MadEye when he told Parvati to get that thing out of your lap...what was he doing staring at her lap anyways. They all make Harry sound like a perv thats my opinion.

That's because Harry is like Batman.

 

It makes sense and apology accepted.

 

In my imagination, his eyes glow. Like the DLP banner. I like that picture.

 

I think they glow when he's agitated. You know when he’s angry and stuff. Maybe later on in years they will glow permanently from accumulated power.

i so agree about how much of a pussy harry is in cannon. As a character he has a lot of potential, hence all the fanfics out there, its just too bad JkR never takes him to that potential.

But so as not to be a completely useless post; while I quite like the image we use as a logo up top I've always imagined Harry's eyes being like those from that national geographic picture in the mid eighties. Everyone's seen it, a young afghani girl with black hair and a red burka and piercing green eyes. It was the cover picture sometime between 1984-1986, one of the really epic photos of our time. I'd find a link, but I'm a bit lazy at present.
