I was recently rereading the manga and have been browsing fanfiction.net for a few OP fics but there were not that many good stories out there.

The only ones I liked were

Does anyone know other stories beside them that are good and have no yaoi? Topic doesn't matter as long as it has a decent length and good writing.

 

I've looked through the fanfiction archive for fics exceeding 20k words. I didn't see one that wasn't completely unbearable. Sorry to disappoint.

 

Take by Storm is a decent story in which Luffy frees Ace but is captured by the marines.
