The Sirius in this story is so funny, he still acts like a man whore but the girls don't listen to him. The only problem I have with it is that Peter is still alive.
The sequel has been posted and it's a bit darker and somewhat influenced by , still lots of humour though

And whats wrong with Peter still being alive? It sticks to canon, and isn't like many MWPP-era fics where Peter is never mentioned at all. Bravo to the author, I say.

 

I was joking about the fact that Peter's still alive, he's actually quite funny in this.

This is the same as every other fic in the MWPP era, no plot with a bunch of inane dialogue.

 

Yeah, you're right there isn't a real plot, but nonetheless it's really funny. I highly recommend it.

Twas a very funny story, good for a relaxing read. The lack of plot was irratating sometimes though but i didn't mind so much cause im in a good modd at the mo.

 

This is surprisingly good for a MWPP story. The second half wasn't as funny as the first, but overall, it's still a great romantic comedy...

 

Read several chapters of this story, which is complete, and it's surprisingly good. It's a James/Lily romance set in the MWPP era at Hogwarts, and there is no plot whatsoever. 'Romantic comedy' is exactly right. There's a lot of slightly humorous dialogue, and the usual pratfalls from Sirius and Pettigrew, who is likeable here.

Anyway, it's solid writing, and if you want to immerse yourself in a Marauder era tale that is totally free of darkness, this is for you. I don't see it being a big hit here, but I'd give it a 4/5 for being a readable romance fic.
