    Not 100 % sure, but I think this was a part of a plot bunny thing, like Odd Ideas.

    The premise was that Minato's soul wasn''t enough for the sealing, so it took Naruto's as well. This lead to Naruto with the abilities of the Pariah's, from Warhammer 40k.

    Again, not 100 % sure, but I think it was among the first of the stories in the thing.
