Ehm... that was a bit off topic... but meh.

I like starwars crossovers when Harry doesn't just pick up a lightsaber and go, "Wow! I'm a Jedi!" Namely, this one, where he is transported to the sw universe. Hell, only star wars crossovers with anything I like are usually in the star wars universe, not the other respective fandoms.

But... this was fairly enjoyable, and knightblazer's x-men c/o's are amusing, although sort of childish.

On a sidenote, there was one fic where Harry was in Azkaban, and Palpatine, after his body was destroyed in the Death Star explosion, found his mind in the darkness, and made him his apprentice, so to speak. So Harry is left to rule the Wizarding world+ the earth with clones and whatnot. It was fun. Dark fic too. I'll post it if I find it.

Just wish the character interactions had a bit depth. I mean, come on, it's the empire **turns to the Imperial March music**, it's suppose to inspire dread, fear and awe... and I'm not getting that from the story.

I started reading this, but it just looks like a bad rip off of Lord Merril’s story. A very bad one, too, if do say so. It’s rushed and choppy and just cements my belief that you need, not only a good writer, but a true fan of both universes to make a crossover with them work.

For all intents and purposes, I find it lacking.

I find it a bit lacking as well but at least this one updates much more frequently. I am used to having to read the rip off versions other people write because the really good ones don't update for at least two months (well, most of the ones I've seen anyway(except the REAL crap that they should take off the site))

I liked this story and its sequel into the AotC. I'm just worried that the Clone Wars won't break out or something. That would kill the story. And there are too many Sith.

Just an update: knightblazer85 just updated stating that he is putting the story up for adoption. He was planning on adding the clone wars, but who knows...he might be lenient on what the new author does to the story.

Is a SW/HP crossover really worth reading? Seems like a power!Harry plot if I've ever seen one.

I did enjoy this story when I found it while perusing the DLP archives one afternoon. It does have a number of the same old cliches you expect from a fic of its age, but it wasn't bad.

I certainly can't remember another reading a HP/SW crossover that was any better. At the time of reading I'd have given it a 4/5, but with hindsight and considering the recent spat of extremely good quality Alternates, it'll probably have to be a 3/5.

I remember reading a fic called Harry Potter and the Attack of the Clones by Merkwurdigeliebe (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/681132/Merkwurdigeliebe), in my opinion it is the best hp/sw crossover out there that I have read, it is abandoned but it is from about the same time

There aren't too many good HP/SW stories. Most are either abandoned, or they suck. There was one series by Padawan Lynn, it was a nice story, but it followed Canon!SW with Anakin pretty much. It was also Harry/Ginny pairing in the end. So that was a bit of a let down.

On another note, this story doesn't belong in the library. It might have some time ago, but deletion or the recycling bin is where it should go, as terrible as it is to say it. I really wish there was some good HP/SW crossovers out there.

heres one where the Author chooses a Harry/Padme pairing but I have mixed feelings on it since there's only two chapters and the author did a huge time skip
