Recovering deleted files

    A friend of mine accidentally deleted a story she'd been working on for the last week, typing in on her ipod touch. Her explanation for what happened:

    'I was going to send the note as an email and when I decided not to and put delete draft it deleated my whole note.'

    Is there any way to get this back, or is she fucked?

    If she hasn't connected her iPod to her computer since accidentally deleting the note, there might be a recent backup made by iTunes that still has most of what she's written. Try out these instructions.
