I'm searching for an older abandoned fic that I can barely remember yet I can't stop thinking about for some reason. All I can recall is that towards the last chapters, Naruto infiltrates rice country by sealing off his chakra and pretending to be a hair stylist. After seducing various sound kunoichi into giving him vital information, he sneaks into one of Orochimaru's hidden bases and finds out that a) he has a sister and b) she's carrying Sasuke's rape baby.

Not a fan of that part, but since that's basically where it ends, I can simply stop reading after he sticks it up Tayuya's pooper.
