Verizon Wireless Tech Support always made me laugh.

They were completely clueless about more or less everything. My DSL never worked so iswitched to Comcast after 6 months of dealing with them. But those 6 months brought me some of the funniest conversaions ever. This was one of the last ones before I switched over to Comcast

Me: Umm... yeah my DSL line is refusing to work again, can you send someone out to fix it?

DSL Guy: Are you sure it isn't a problem with your modem.

Me: Which modem you assholes have already sent me 8 of them... All show the same problem.

DSL Guy: Let me check... Yes your modem has generated over 1 million trouble tickes in the past week.

Me: Do those trouble tickets tell you whats causing the trouble/

DSL Guy: No.

Me: Jesus fucking christ how fucking stupid are you dumbassed motherfuckers? Did you even make it through special ed high school?

DSL Guy: Now there is no need for verbal abuse.

Me; Verbal abuse??? What? You call THAT verbal abuse you dumbassed stupic son of a bitch? God please tell me no college gave a moron like a you a degree. I could tell you more about your "service" than you could tell me about it.

DSL Guy: Talk to my supervisor.

Supervisor 45 MINUTES LATER: Why are you yelling at my employee's?

Me: Because they are stupid. Fix my fucking DSL line instead of sending me a new modem every other week which wont fix the problem any better than the last one.

Supervisor: How do you know?

Me: Thats it I'm switching to Comcast, how the fuck do morons like you stay in buisness?
