An excellent vampire game, that is based more on rpg than on actual game play, though the game itself needs a lot of work for you to get nice and powerful.

Sign up through there, and I get lots of blood :)

If you do join up let me know, and Ill tell you how to apply to join the Clan Im in. In this game it would be better if someone here did not start a Clan for DLP members only. Simply because it takes a lot of hard work to get a Clan going and you need a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of City politics before you can successully run a Clan.

I am a fairly important player in the game, Im the Head of Diplomacy for the largest Clan in the City, said Clan is also at the centre of the largest alliance in the game. Im also on the game High Council, which is an OOC group of representatives from any Clans that wish to have a rep on the Council, who are responsible for filtering any and all suggestions for improvement before sending them on to the game creator.

Its a really excellent game, although it does take a bit of work to get everything going and to become moderately powered.

Please feel free to ask any questions, since I am an experienced mentor in the game anyway.

Ok, i've joined under the name Surtr, so far all I've been doing is going around drinking blood from anyone I can find, is there anything more to it than that?

Used to play this kinda frequently, it's kinda like Hogwarts Live in a way. -shrug-

It's pretty fun, but running out of turns gets really old after a while.

The challenge is to build up your blood to bulid up your AP, whilst building up coins, to power up, which lets you steal more money as well as get powers that give you more AP and a faster recharge time. Its really good.

I used to play this, but I think there was some kind of glitch in the system. I went from having around 200 blood back to 0. The little messenger at the top didn't even say anyone had drained me. What's with that?

Its entirely possible someone attacked you with Scrolls of Turning and zeroed you, or its possible that you broke the rules somehow and Ravenblack removed your blood.

Or, depending on when you were playing, you might have chaseda hunter, that would have easily taken 200 bp down.

Good good, why can't you get a yahoo ID?

And to those folk who applied to the Clan, you have to respond to the file they sent to you. Otehrwise you won't gain entry.

Kenshkrix, permit me to suggest that you may wish to join a Clan sooner rather than later. Without the knowledge held by files within the Clan, you will be literally stumbling blind. The goal of the game is to gain powers. Said powers are found at specific guilds, that change their location in the City every 3 days or so.

If I might also extoll the virtues of my current Clan, the Clan de Beljeferon. Owned and run by The Grand Duke Beljeferon de Centari, one of the original 100. Means he was one of the first 100 players to play the game, one of only about 3 or so of the original hundred still playing, which means he's been at it for more than 10 years. We have by far the largest membership of any Clan in the City.

We have an experienced Diplomatic team to resolve any difficulties any member experiences in the City. We also intercede in many conflicts in the City at the request of other players. The House of Diplomacy is led by myself.

We have the Centari National Bank and Trust, which gives interest free loans to any member of the Clan, and provides free scholarships to all students who register at our school.

Our school, the Schola Eruditio, run by myself and another experienced player, provides a well rounded education designed to prepare you to serve in one of the Clan's Houses.

We have an Information House, which provides up to date information on guild and shop locations in the City (power guilds, and shops for things such as weapons move randomly around the City, some at 12 hour intervals some at 3 day intervals).

We have 2 seats on the Ravenblack City High Council, which is responsible for filtering and voting on all ideas to be sent to Ravenblack, the guy who programmed and created the game.

We have a wide alliance, which includes the second oldest Clan in the City (us being the oldest) amongst others.

In the game I am formally known as:

Earl Mordecai de Centari
High Lord of Diplomacy Clan de Beljeferon
Master Thief Centari National Bank and Trust
Headmaster Schola Eruditio (Acting)
High Councillor Ravenblack City
Childre of The Grand Duke
Graduate of the Clan of the Archangel Officer Training School
Recipient of the Clan of the Archangel Medal of Service

I have been playing the game for nearly 4 years, and I am almost guarenteed to know the answer to any question you may have about the mechanics of the game, or the politics of the game. And if I don't know the answer, my contacts extend to the leader of the City Nightwatch, the leader of the most efficient bunch of warriors in the game, and the currently most powerful and insane player in the game. So I can easily find out.

By joining the Clan de Beljeferon, you will be able to participate in the game at your own pace, rather than at the rabidly active tempo required by a lot of Clans. We have survived for years by evolving and adapting, and most of all by negotiating our way through the politics of the City. No other Clan can claim this.
