I'm sorry I've been away or else I would have pointed him in the right direction... I'm looking into moving out of the city and into somewhere more affordable at the moment and that's been taking up much of my time lately. So mea culpa, but thanks again for the sticky!

BTW, I went to send the link to that post to someone just a few minutes ago who asked me about it in a PM, only to discover one of the links was removed--not because of a lack of downloads as I would have thought--but because some asshat reported it as violating their TOS... WTF???
