    What's sad is, the folks who make our laws work so little, and have so many things to look at in the utterly tiny (by their own damned fault of constant vacations and fundraising BS) that tons of stupid as fuck stuff gets passed into law, b/c they have no idea what the hell they are voting on.

Kiss my ass, I'm going to continue posting anything I want, it's my freedom of speech and I'll take that to fucking court if they try to pull any shit on me. If I was hounding a person constantly with something, I could see that; It'd be harassment. A single email message or post on your blog is just bloody fucking stupid.

    If you want to insult somebody, you have to provide your name. Think about it, if you insult The Monkey of the Whitehouse, you have to provide your name to do so. If you do, they can track you down and make you disappear.

    They can kiss my ass. Fuckers. I wonder how Canada is this time of year; all year.

    If they have your name, it is legal, but they can find something else to get you on. Just look at the Committe for un-American Activities in the early to mid-1900s.

    If they do not have your name, they cannot prosecute you as they have no proof. Impossible to enforce, and annoying as all heck. Yup, I'm moving.

    (Side note: Why does the government want to spoil our fun, and what do they get out of it, anyway? ~pouts~)

    Honestly, that's the truth. They can trace your post to your computer more likely than not, but they have no way whatsoever to prove that you physically typed it. Biggest joke of a law ever.
