Whenever I try and start Windows 7 it stops at Starting Windows with the logo. The logo is still...shimmering or whatever it does so it looks like it's doing something but I've waited about a half hour/hour and it just sits there.

When I put in my Windows 7 disc I can get it to System Recovery Tools and when it starts checking to find my disc it just keeps on loading even though the disc is showing up on the screen; I've given that process a good half hour as well and it sits there.

When I tried Startup Repair it keeps on loading with the occasional freezes and I've given that around 4 hours with it never progressing.

I've had this problem with my computer for a while now, I managed to load it about 2 weeks ago and since then I've just left my computer on all the time because I knew if I shut it down again it would pull the same crap. Unfortunately I had a moment where I forgot and shut it down when I was leaving for work only to remember the second it shut down.

After Googling the Hell outta this and going on some message boards someone told me to but in Ubuntu and run the Self-Test to see if there's a problem with my hard drive itself. I had it running for 16 hours with it stopping at the last part and doing jack shit so I turned off and I'm running it again to see if it does anything.

Also, under Attributes the one that has the warning is Current Pending Sector Count that has:
Normalized: 200
Worst: 200
Threshold: 0
Value: 2 sectors

If anyone can make heads or tails of this it would be really appreciated, it's been about 2 days and I'm getting a Skyrim itch that needs to be scratched.

Edit: Nevermind now, I've dealt with the issue.
