I liked the first chapter quite a bit, save for this part
Harry made three more stops before returning to his relatives house. The first was to buy a new trunk with a self shrinking charm, and the second was to get a bunch of cool things that will appear if I think they'll be funny or enhance the story line and it might be a good idea to assume that he got some candy and food too. And the last stop was to buy some new books, because what fic is complete without buying a bunch of new books.
strange to include such an out of fic note like that in the middle of the fic. Ruined immersion for me
Edit: Read the rest of it, and it gets pretty amusing

Though he never says it is, this is a parody, and an excellent one. It pokes fun at all the hard to believe time-travel fics out there.
I just hope the author doesn't run out of steam too soon, like he has before. Four chapters up in one night is a good start, though.
Recommended if you can suspend disbelief.

I love it I am going to go to his group and suggest a scene where harry gets a bunch of weed and he and the harem get high
I've been following it on his Yahoo!group. Has some great humor, but as Mid said, parts are needlessly surreal IMO. Ruins the immersion factor for me.

I liked it and has sopme genuine LOL moments while reading it-- there was no loss of immersion for me though because I recognized the first part of it as having largely been a part of his Odd Ideas series. I notice he also broke away one of his other ideas from Odd Ideas into its own fic....

This is some funny shit. I especially loved 6 year old Harry on a bus full of soccer hooligans, as well as a 6 year old Harry getting Vernon arrested repeatedly.

Also in case no one noticed there's a new chapter up... He just added a new one where Neville's Gran and Bellatrix face off in a way I don't think anyone here quite anticipated.

"Ack," Ron was torn from his breakfast and assaulted by his mother's mothering.

"You . . . you know?" Tears started falling down the Slytherin boy's cheeks, "I miss my mummy so much."
"It's ok dear," Molly patted the boy on the back. "Let it all out, I'm here for you."
"I want my mummy," Flint sobbed.
"We'll write to her after this," Molly promised. "And we'll see if we can get her to come."

This story is a kick in the pants it is well worth the time to read it.
I love this story! Although, I think that the part with the Dursleys was better than this whole harem thing...

I like the joke at the end of chapter 33. Its funny, and made me chuckle. Good stuff. I'm not sure how much longer this can keep going, but I guess I'll enjoy the ride. Still funny, so if you want a laugh, check it out.
