I am familiar with this fanfic, I have been following it since its beginning. I like it so far.

However yeah the format is wrong there is a sticky in all of the library forums that tells you how to format correctly. Here is one:

And yeah this is the wrong place for it. Other stories not of Harry Potter goes to a subforum in Real Life Discussion called Other Books and T.V. Shows Discussion. I am sure a mod will come at some point and move it to its rightful spot.
