Last night's episode was pretty damn awesome.

The Christmas Infiltration rap was probably my favorite musical bit, although Britta's awkward song probably got the most laughs out of me.

Now if only NBC would commit to returning the show sometime soon. Here's to hoping the midseason replacement shows fail horribly.

I can't believe Whitney is still on the air. God, that's awful.

This episode was a twenty-minute rip into Glee. I don't really care about Glee one way or the other, but it was still hilarious.

I loved the genre mashup between a story about Christmas spirit and horror, all while taking the piss out of Glee. I can't stop watching it.

Annie's song gets very creepy about halfway through. I loved the Christmas Infiltration and Baby Boomer Santa songs.

Did you all catch Britta, Annie, and Shirley as the three wise monkeys? During Baby Boomer Santa they cover their faces in mimicry of "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil".

Huh, and the actor who portrays Inspector Spacetime is making his own webseries based on the show. NBC and Dan Harmon have yet to comment, but something tells me the lawyers will not look kindly upon this.

    BUT COMMUNITY IS RETURNING!

So, there's been 2 episodes. Favorite lines? Did you like the two episodes? I felt Urban Matrimony and the Sandwich Arts was a stronger episode (loved Britta's "This may surprise you, but I come from a long line of wives and mothers."), but Contemporary Impressionists was still a good episode. It had some great moments. It wasn't a great episode, IMO, but not all can be.

    Also, Evil-Abed!

The last two were great, but the upcoming two parter has me ready to sacrifice people to it already.

Personally preferred the second episode back over the first. Though it was some of Joel McHale's best in the series.

Urban Matrimony and the Sandwich Arts was my favorite of the two that have been put out. Britta was full of the good lines.

Jeff: Do you even know what an analogy is?
Britta: It's a thought... with another thought's hat on!

Britta: I refused to give Santa a Christmas List because I didn't want to depend on a man for anything.

    Annie: You're anti-wedding now?
    Jeff: No, she's just pro-anti.
Britta: No to everything you both just said!

Britta was on fire this particular episode and it really shined. I enjoyed Contemporary Impressionists, and it had it's own unique hilarity, but Urban just screamed at me.

Before they came back on the air, they did this big conference talking board for something, and aired it up on Hulu. I think Dan Harmon said it best when he said that after the first few episodes of Community in the First Season, the show really became a reflection of the Audiences participation (with their comments, emails, forums, etc.), and these next 6 episodes that they taped when they didn't know if Community was coming back on or not, lack that reflective quality. So these episodes are going to be unique in how they broadcast story elements and development, because they will lack a crucial element that every episode up til now has had.

    I'm looking forward to it!

The Dean collapsing and jizzing his pants at seeing Jeff with even more confidence. So fucking hilarious.
