It's an interesting start. Very creepy at parts.

Yes they can. Remember when S9 attacked Boston that tinker (Blasto?) was in the process of creating Simurgh/Myrrdin hybrid.

 

The Morrigan just collapsed though.

 

Still, I got the impression that Blasto (or Bonesaw) could work around it. After all, it was just a first try.

It only collapsed because "Blasto" didn´t have enough time to finish it. He got interrupted a few minutes after starting the process.

Bigger problem might be that she has to "eat" the people/things she wants to clone and I imagine that this would be quite difficult with endbringers or other big characters.

 

Echidna can clone with just a touch - She does it to Cody when she hits him. She only eats people so she can continually spit out clones of them.

 

I can't remember at the moment, but could Echidna clone Weld? If not, she probably can't clone Endbringers.

 

She couldn't clone Weld because he's basically an animated metal statue. Noelle's power works on a biological basis, so if Blasto could even attempt to clone the Endbringers she should be able to clone them too.

 

He couldn't clone Endbringers themselves, due to their crystilline nature. Had to fuse them with something biological.

 

Ah, point. I knew I was forgetting something. Probably wouldn't be able to clone them then.

 

I would like to recommend Inverse by Glassware/Glassweir. It's a oneshot prequel about two members of the original Slaughterhouse Nine (King-era, 1980s.) Very much in-character with really good fight scenes.

Specifically, it stars the young Harbinger:

There is mild and easily ignored slash content if that sort of thing bothers you.

 

Considering the two characters it is about, it really, really does.
