Lol, that part isn't weird if you consider that coconut is just a part of the list modifying the word "muffin," so it's really just homemade muffins. I'm more amused by the fact that he mixes his basic water with apple cider vinegar, which is acidic and therefore cancels out whatever imagined benefit he gets from alkalized water. Also really curious if those meatballs are made of actual emu, or if that's just a name given to a certain type of meatball dish made of a less exotic meat.

Normally I would be against this kind of manipulation, but this time I'm just too amused by how cunningly well it's done.

 

And it's a blatant F.U. to The Guardian for their low score. The film makers could have chosen any other reviewer for their poster, but instead of choosing another 4 or 5 star review, they've intentionally tweaked the nose of The Guardian.
