Explain soft and hard lynches to me. I've never played with them before.

 

It's my favorite thing about short phase games.
My first game outside of mtgs I got so much towncred for starting a CFD on my buddy with like 10 minutes left in day 1.
And I literally didn't know that was a thing.

I guess I can see that. Mostly I'm imagining the situations where it backfires horribly (scum keep doing it on town and getting away, town accidentally does it on town and causes TWO mislynches instead of one...)

Kinda reminds me of that game where everyone had a suicide vig kill and basically town just shot themselves full of holes.
