Unresolved Shortcut Keys not Working for DLP Forums

    Problem: Shortcut keys are not working (such as Ctrl + i for italics).

    Browser: Vivaldi.

    OS: Win 10

    When I use the Vivaldi or Chrome browsers, the shortcut keys are useless, however, if I use Firefox, they work in DLP. However, the shortcuts work in Chrome-based browsers for other forums on which I participate.

    Any ideas? Is it something to do with the way the forum software interacts with the Chrome engine?

    I just tried it out. Turns out that it's the same situation for me, wherein the keyboard shortcuts don't work when I use Chrome, but they work for Firefox. Weird.

    Delete app data and temp data.
    Could also be a registry thing, works fine for me. I'm in the latest window update.
    I use both Vivaldi and Chrome (Canary build)
    Have you tried reinstalling the programs?
