It makes it hard for wolves in the sense that they would prefer us to not come to strong mechanical conclusions (and would rather us take as long as possible to when we do to waste time). Like if anything I'd say witches would either just A) complain and not contribute or B) make filler-read posts and such that get washed away amidst the mechanics, so they can look like they're doing stuff when it's just busy-work lost amidst the mechanics posts

Citrus --- Point of "Angels save Priest" (revising to Priest since Angels only know Priest) is that Priest would NOT claim and would instead just let themselves get shot, knowing Angels would save them. They could then claim Priest the NEXT day. This nets them an extra check.

It's strictly better for them to claim "HOLY". In your scenario you're making angels discard their one super-protect and the priest is guaranteed to die the next Night (even if they don't claim priest the next Day). If they just claim "HOLY", the angels use a normal protect on them and we're in the same scenario EXCEPT we can use the hunter kill elsewhere AND angels keep the super protect. If the witches try to role-kill and miss, they throw away the night kill for the night which is even better for us

 

If anything, it makes my point stronger.

In a vacuum reacting to a wagon by hustling to get reads out is villagery. What possible reason could she have as a witch to negate that bit of towncred by going "lol actually I had no idea I was a wagon"? She's a bit deep in the PoE for that kind of levely WIFOM to actually do anything.

We probably /are/ in a 4 witch world unless you think the witches burned their only IK to make it look like they role killed Rubicon through a functioning angel protect, which is. Lol.

But if we're in a 4 witch world we're not going to lose straight away if the hunter misses anyway.

We're at 13 alive, yes? Probably 9 villagers and 4 wolves. Mislynch is 8/4, night kill + hunter shot is 6/4, one more mislynch loses to the NK... so if Hunter misses /and/ we mislynch it makes it mylo toMorrow instead of lylo the day after.

Also there's this:

Which /might/ mean the witches don't automatically win when there's exactly 4/4 left since the little witches could accidentally help lynch an elder? I dunno, but someone should look into that probably.

 

I'm the one that asked you to give a read on Owner outside of something that was disproven. Which you didn't even mention in thread until I pinged you about it now. You're now trying to shift the burden of proof on me.

Why don't you instead give a read on Owner while completely discounting the EoD silence and then reads-post (since we either have a values disagreement or our alignments are causing us to disagree). Preferably without trying to shift burden of proof on me again, as I'd like to hear your thoughts AND I really need to do some work away from the thread or else I'm going to be up way too late tonight
