Finally fully ascended Drake. I finally see why everyone loves her, she is damn good at generating crit-stars and noble phantasm. Any recommendations for a Craft Essence to use on her though? Once I begin to level up her skills a bit more, I'll stick her in my All slot for people to use.

 

tl;dr Limit Break Halloween Princess.

Halloween event has two CEs that work really well on her imo. Petit Devil is pretty decent, but I prefer Halloween Princess, esp since it's not hard to Limit Break too (50%np gauge and 20% NP Damage). Petit Devil is probably better for boss killing (more NPs, more stars, more crit etc), but I'd rather have the extra damage for wave clearing personally.

That might change when the game gets older and enemies are beefier.

She generates a lot of stars too (and attracts them because she's a Rider), so Moonlight Festival or Gem Magecraft could work really well. I ran her with Lancelot for a bit and when the two got the stars rolling, they'd both hit like absolute trucks. I might try this build with a bit more effort if (WHEN) I finally get Jack!

I have an 80 Drake (need 3 more hearts godamn it...) and run her with Waver and Herc, so I'm all about spamming that NP. While the damage isn't superb for bosses, the stargen on Overcharge is, so you still wanna spam it.

 

Well, a little more than a week in and I just completed Okeanos. Man, that fucking boss fight.

Now I'm looking for some Talons of Chaos to ascend my Lancer. Ugh, I was almost getting one in Altera's interlude but had to drop out with the last chimera just a hair away from death. The drop rate is just ridiculous.

Will take some time to upgrade the characters from now on, especially Cu. I don't think 40 is gonna cut it anymore. Well, back to terrorizing Germania and the damn chimeras.

 

I need so many hearts and talons...

Btw, the new Halloween popup quests (third tier of them I think) have 3 Chimera in each one, two regular and one white.

 

And lots of whales and optimists are reset farming them in hopes of Claws of Chaos or Maid in Halloween.

 

What's reset farming btw? Can you reset fights mid battle?

 

I actually got two claws. Wasn't even aware we could get them from the guerilla.

 

I'm kinda lost here. Which one of the Halloween quests drops them? And what do you mean by guerilla Invictus?

 

This one. As you can see, there's been 8.

You might have to have cleared Halloween stuff before they pop. You can only clear them once too then they disappear.
