My thought process is based on my understanding of MIner as a player. He tends to get these ideas in his head about how people play, and crystallize them. I think for him to call me 90% town after I'd posted nothing I actually wrote, in a style that's diametrically opposite from my own, is stretching credulity.

At the same time, like I said earlier, there's an element of Too Wolfy To Be A Wolf / No, Wait, Actually Just A Wolf here. Since, like. Wolf!Miner maybe recognizes that for the reach it is. Like, he'd see how it would look exposed. If he's a wolf, you pretty much have to think how it went down was "Miner saw Newcomb write a bunch of words, knew I was going to get townread eventually, and jumped the queue for whatever cred there was to be had." Which, hrm. I think there's a degree to which wolf!Miner maybe does not bite down that hard, like maybe wolf!Miner would be more cagey, if not recognizing that it's a gimmick, recognize that it's something /different/? Using that difference as a meta jumping off point to townread me doesn't... really feel like wolf!Miner's instinctive reaction? Like, I could see him using it not to push on me really but to just be confused and figure me out and take up a bunch of words flailing at it.

I'm not comfortable enough to call your extended exchange with Zack "probably v/v", even considering my v read on Zack. There's a couple things in your iso that I like, notably your self-awareness about your tendency to get lynched on this site and whacking Miner for the same reasons that Newcomb and I have, but beyond that not really that much.

Question wasn't for me, but I'd like to weigh in

If it's wolf miner there probably isn't any more to it than "Newcomb posted a bunch of words I'ma townread him"
It kind of goes with just defaulting to his usual read on fonti.
What it doesn't go with is just letting me pocket him.
Those three together though. I have trouble imagining town miner just sort of...trusting all 3 of us. But the motivation for scum miner us much more apparent. I'd hazard a guess that some combination of the 3 of us is most likely to catch him (well, you two and maybe me).

 

Because it doesn't mean you can't both be wolves, or you are actually town, he is a wolf etc... I just think the way he went about pushing you is really odd. It's not really alignment indicating for you that he is pushing you.

 

Huehue, everyone wants to talk Miner.

 

Most forums accept color names as well as hex codes. (Or you could just get good and memorize hex codes.)
