That makes me really dislike Newcomb's vote there in combination with "I'm soo reluctant to wind up on GH but I guess" and "I don't really like any of these wagons." Like yeah he "tried" to start his own but his vote Jan post has no reasons or attempt to convince anyone to vote with him.

Newcomb feels SO apathetic to actually changing the D1 lynch situation if he was a villager who thought GH was town, and some combo of Proph/Koalas/Cuth. I get you don't always want to risk YOUR neck for someone others heavily SR you don't but like... there's no attempt made. So to me it feels TMI he knows the wagons contain proooobably 1 scum at most.

Yes, he also admitted that he used a content flooding tactic as scum to make it hard to read him and drown villagers. He used a lot of dense/long posts. In Finals he made this Scum Pressure Analysis thing of the one flipped scum and how people added to or took away from pressure on him and it was pretty much just dense busywork to look townie.

 

I voted SR after Newcomb's post, now I want to vote Newcomb again after Yeti's recent posts.

I never really got the sense he thought it was going to go anywhere? It wasn't going to be a factor, was just like hey i'm voting jan because ???, didn't try to get anyone else to vote there, even though I don't think he was particularly townreading me/ i don't really remember about koalas/gh

IDK I feel like a slacker being behind but again that's why I didn't start the game, my utility of reading thoroughly is super low when I'm at my bf's & I had to drive today. Hopefully by ISOing everyone in turn (or at least Enough People) I can get a good enough sense of D1.

Yeah that's the downside is the lack of context but idk if like 2900 posts is suuuper readable especially by the end of D2? Definitely by SoD3 if I had N2 as well to read everything. Feelsbadman cause normally I've read every post but subbing into high-volume games when not super able to read all is oh wells.
