The game where I tried to try something new, got burned, then folded like a house of cards?

Can you draw a picture of your emotional state at the time?

Gemma, seriously, explain your read on me. Is necessary. The Kalas read can wait until this thing with Reg plays out.

Can't give mine until you give yours.

    Also, I'm more stubborn.

@Jan - No problem, I'm trying to do a similar thing too.

Yeah, that's part of the reason behind the vote but I'm just looking at the trajectory of his thoughts since re-entering the thread the second time and it feels...weird and doesn't really flow. Comments about us having turned the thread serious, states he's got a weak town read on both of us from it. Then questions people about your walling habits and questions Fonti trying to work out if we're W/W "Ignoring the content we posted". It just feels a lot like positioning himself to have options open rather than gathering information to determine a read for the most part?

And then his whole "If you town read Fontis Beruru section how are you finding what I did there null" feels like a fake type of question and the only way he asks it as town is if he's completely forgot what he actually (lol) posted and did around the time which feels less likely than him being scum and using it as something to do.

Like if I'm looking for 'where's his reads/thoughts/headspace' I'm left just going ???? at the end of it bar his Beruru vote and him restating that he's comfortable with his vote there but there's not that much actual commenting on their posting since that early flurry and certainly not enough for his confidence level to me "You'll see I was being genuine after they flip" here.

If someone who isn't Gemma wants to talk to me, that would be nice, too.

The thing I dislike most about regular mafia now having played mashes is that there's time when people don't post.

Like, I'm always caught up and there's barely ever anything new to read. It's very z.

I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get used to people thinking 72 hours is slow, particularly D1.

Looking forward to Fonti going into her Gemma read. Been tossing up whether her not having the same strength read I do there is her as scum not knowing how to drop a read on Gemma or if she's just struggling to get There because she's in a harder position than I am to get there, leaning the latter but the explanation should help.

Then you honestly should not play slower games?

The point of slow games is to not have to be in thread all the god damn time and be able to have a life.

I am trying to embrace that myself. Adjust my playstyle to the cycle lenght to make it an overall more enjoyable experience for me.

And one day I will be able to play a mtgs game .. one day.

Do you think anyones push on you is completely unjustified or feels like a pure piggyback thing to keep pressure on you?

I mean, I also want to be able to have a life. 12/12 isn't actually good for me when I'm not on vacation.

Something something Fontisian. Other people haven't even made a real case or push, it's just Fonti and then other people being like "yeah this seems ok I guess" like they don't even have their own reasons.

I'm sort of around at the moment.

I've run through my headspace on Koalas in 430 above if you want to comment on that perhaps?

Otherwise pick a player / thing and I'm happy to converse about it.

Eh, it's not a read I feel good enough about to talk about. Just kind of /noting/ that her thread presence feels more town than mafia here and it's already generated some reactions so, cool?

If you need thoughts from me I can give them, but would prefer not to at this point.

I kinda scumread you but I've decided to just slot you as town for today because I don't want to deal with it really. I don't really understand anything you've done this game and I am waffling about what that means and it's too stressful.

How much more detail would you like?

I don't mind you holding it and going into it later. I've sort of been changing my mind on her every second post from "This seems decent, can sort of see her trying to get /something/ going to read people" to "It feels like she's forcing/overdoing the "I'm Town Guiyz" "This is me Being Town" type posts in a way that feels fake and more of a 'for show' type thing".

Yeah, exactly where I'm at too. Reassuring that I'm not losing my mind here.
