I quoted #149 (the post in question) below. Not sure where Fonti's activity had much at all to do with the read you made below

I get the impression gemma knows fonti somewhat and started off talking to her on purpose? Might be wrong there.
Idk I like the logic going through those thug quotes and will be interested what else they do.

I mean .. you peaced out hours before, no?

I am not sure if lazy complaints will help you in this case.

Do you think I am just a dick going after Gemma again or is there something to my words?

What do you make of her thread entry?

She was not being active and therefore not solving and this was what was pinging me?

I feel like I am doing a poor job at communicating in this game ._.

No, he's actually being surprisingly sensible this go around. (Also in the category of people doing different meta things in a noticeably good way: Vaimes being more energetic)

Fonti focus was to be expected. Her not doing anything much else is shrugface. I assume she’ll find the time to post more in the ~100? hours we have left.
--- Post automerged ---
This is actually a post. Don’t love it. It’s very hedgy and shady of Mal’s style more than his posting, which is ironic.

Was it expected?

I feel like Within the last hour I read:

1. Fonti voting mal.

2. Mal not wanting to talk to fonti about the case.
Mal saying that he is someone who likes to pressure with votes, which is what he shares with fonti.
Mal saying Jari does not care about being voted on/doesn't change his playstyle under pressure.

3. Fonti voting Jari.

I did not expect Fonti to vote for you if the things mal said/thought about you and Fonti are true.

We were talking about Gemma focusing on Fonti right? Thats not related to Fonti voting me.

Either Fonti disagrees with Mal on me not responding to pressure or she wants to make it clear to thread that she thinks I should die.

Im feeling omgussy. Any votes/scumreads on me this early are sus for pushing the ‘easy mislynch’.

I might be stupid.
I asked you the question then realized the narrative in thread being off.

And then read your response without even thinking about my initial question.

So I took the "fonti focus was to be expected" as fonti voting/focusing you.
Which made no sense at all.

At work now. Don't reactions will be slow for a good while.
--- Post automerged ---
Do you think scum decide this early to push you and give you 4 days to mount a defense?
The push on you might be good busy work, but I doubt it is a push for the easy mislynch.

There are more reasons to why the thought is odd.

What was the point in saying it? What reaction were you aiming at and by whom?

dichotomousCreator I'm female.

mal: It's unclear to me whether "figuring out Newcomb/Delphine stuff" is still on your to-do list. If it isn't, what exactly do you think you have figured out? I don't actually feel like I've gotten anything on his alignment yet.

Side note: You mislynched me on Day 1 of Harry Potter mafia.

Huh. I feel like you have a tendency to talk down your town game at every opportunity.

I also feel like you know enough people in this game that you could find a "rock" that you might actually have an alignment read on, so feel free to explain that strategic move.

Delphine - you shining beacon in a thread of gloom!

Just something that wanted to be said.
Has nothing to do with your post just now.

That post does little to me.
Do you have any alignments figured out further thsn newcombs?
--- Post automerged ---
Woooo!

Me being a dick has nothing to do with my alignment.

I'd like you to explain where your thoughts on dC and Jan ended up, in particular.

Newcomb is who I've talked about the most, but not someone I feel I've figured out. I have some amount of distaste for his read on me. I feel like he normally "gets" how to sort my wordiness/personality quirks a bit better than most people, and the "gotcha miner 2.0" line of thinking seemed completely removed from any personal meta. Looking forward to seeing more.

I feel like I've been struggling a lot with projection when making reads. Like, the first thing that stood out to me in the game is that I wanted to townread you for making a dumb vote on Waco and then putting him as a top town without him posting in-between. That's very likely not in my personal RVS scumrange. But it's a stupid read for someone that's as whimsical as you. Kinda my whole headspace w/r/t Silver was heavily rooted in how I personally word things, which is stupid because I don't know his well enough, but my vibes there were bad nonetheless.

I feel best about Vaimes and Tom, currently. (fonti pretending to scumread Von is amusing.) Tom just...makes good posts? More reminiscent of Mimefia, Jurassic Park II (MTGS) & Office than other games. Trying to keep an eye out for seemingly planned interactions as I think that's the main indicator of him being scum but he sounds v natural to me in general.

I think Cobalt needs to be held to a higher standard this game because he's been dying to play Tinyhunt for like a year or something, and I'm looking forward to finally hearing from him in-depth.

With a lot of other people, just kinda waiting for more trajectory to go on, though I'm open to freewrites on certain players on request, Jari excepted.

There must be some way to divine your alignment from douchebaggery analysis
