I'm not giving a readslist yet, but if I was Newcomb wouldn't even be on it.

    Cobalt would be.

@tom Please elaborate? In what way would I be on your readslist?

How is everybody These days so oversensitive?
I pushed your Buttons that game because
    1. You messed up multiple times when talking about mechanical info you were trying to communicate
    2. I wanted to be sure about my read on you
    3. Messing with you is fun.

I made a single comment in the same direction here because you mentioned the last game yourself. Don't attack me for making an obvious jest at something you brought up in the first place.

I have said that you are more prone to emotional Manipulation than other Players (in Addition to being someone that can either be cleared via behavior when you are playing or a waste of a check when you are too busy or Forget about the game).
Which is why I would not lump you.

You either get cleared vie your own play or lynched. Those are the two cobalt Options.

    How? What?

Is this your attempt to do something weird because I said you might be too towny to be town soon?

My Progression is "you are sensivite about me pushing you and I would rather have you solved via lump than having to argue for or against lynching you down the line."
That is basically me dodging and not a good Progression at all.

How do you like a cop out like that?
Even I don't like it, but it is better than me actually having a possible scumread later on and things becoming messy.

Been awhile since I used mspaint for one.

I don't like it like "I want to lump gemma now"
I like it like "that seems like something townjan would do"

Scum!Jan would be glad to get lump on town!gemma because you almost always have to get rid of the lump down the line and Gemma was annoyingly unlynchable last game as town.

You realize that I am never w/w with gemma because she would never react the way she did towards me if we were w/w.
I would do that to a teammate because I am a nasty asshole, but I doubt she could bring herself to fake that.

So yeah .. I don't think it says alot about my alignment, but thanks for the townpoints. ;)

Jan I'm not talking about the actual act of lumping gemma. I'm talking about how you got there.

Stop fighting so hard to maintain your mystique

Bleh. I'm really sorry. I've been in a bad headspace the past few days, I wasn't around for the first 24 hours or whatever because of RL, so am more sensitive than usual right now. And I am more sensitive where you are concerned because of past experience. I have no way of knowing it's a gambit thing so to me I just think, well it happened again even though he thought he was okay to play with me.

And people push me on being weak early all the time so it's just, bleh, it felt like another go-round and was especially frustrating because I just wanted to be really low effort this game and not do any walls or things and just chill out with fonti and other people and sit in the background and let my reads develop really slowly and then you start acting like you have a strong scumread from 1 post again and I think it's going to be another hell game and I just want to scream. Sorry.

If it's any consolation I thought you were probably town for pushing me that way. I know it's not alignment stuff, or it wasn't, but I think that somehow if you were mafia you would manage to ignore it rather than push early. I was actually already kind of townreading you anyway which I feel stupid about now that I realize it was fake but whatever. fonti can come and slap me if this is a stupid thing to townread you for I guess.

I appreciate the me just being me read. I felt like you more than other people should understand me coming in and just wanting to do things with fonti and not worrying about anything. So I appreciate that. Sorry to have ruined your gambit.

Re: Waco I thought his read on me was fine, am presuming 418 is what you agreed with? I don't know what you're referring to with Delphine but you probably don't want to talk about it I'm guessing? I was scumreading her early but I don't mind her recent posting. Am not entirely sure what level to read her on, the only thing I know about her is from Regfan telling me something vaguely about how she won a scumgame here which is apparently hard to do so I probably give her a bit extra room. I doubt I commit to any hard reads this dayphase anyway unless I fail at staying disengaged and fall back into my usual habits.

Am hesitant to read Jari's response through OMGUS. I didn't like a few of his earlier posts that I wasn't planning on talking about but maybe I should?

I think I need to sleep.

    The tom soulread is /fire/
    --- Post automerged ---
Tom’s read on DC that is.

I’m not reading tom as fire.
    --- Post automerged ---
    Well, Cobalt is town.
    --- Post automerged ---
You can be plenty town though. The check aspect of lump would be wasted on you I think. We’ll see what the rest says of your entry I guess, but that was a solid entry post.
    --- Post automerged ---
I’m going to be such a shining example of town this game. I just feel it.

Also tf was all that talk about lurkers? We’re not even 2 days into a 6? day day and everyone’s already posted at least a couple times.

Recycling Fonti jokes? Shame on you Jan. At least post a gif or something if you don’t have original content.
    --- Post automerged ---
I guess I should take it as a compliment people seem to think of me in situations where I’m pantsless more often than they for your average mafia player.
