Day Three Starts

Fontisian has died in the night!

This will be edited later tonight with flavor and stuff hopefully, in restaurant atm.

Timing: Day One will be 120 Hours, Day Two and Day Three will be 96 hours, and Day Four and onwards will be 72 hours. Nights will be 24 hours.

There are like... 8? people alive, so that's 5 to soft lynch and 7 to hard lynch.

Well, this game just became infinitely more interesting.

So what is the situation now?

- Jari was lynched with no claim, after being asked to claim in {Priest, Acolyte, Leeroy, DOB, Judge}
- Jan was nightkilled and revealed as the DOB
- Stanari was DOBkilled
- Newcomb claimed Priest with guilty on shadow (lump), with the only way no town is alive to CC him being priest!Jari and acolyte!Stanari and nothing from Oracle/Clown contradicts Newcomb's claim (note scum would not know any of this at the time of the claim)
- shadow was lynched, claiming even gambler
- font was nightkilled
- Notably, Newcomb was not souped

From this, I'm deducing three main possibilities:
- Scumteam is inexperienced to the point of not feeling threatened by Priest as much as they should be
- Scumteam thinks they have a better chance of winning by leaving Priest alive and building up stronger soup
- Newcomb is scum and wasn't CC'd for...some fucking reason

None of this makes a huge amount of sense, but the second one seems most likely? I wouldn't put Newcomb past attempting a gambit like this, but the chance we're in a world where nobody CC'd yesterday is vanishingly low (and tbh odds that nobody is alive to CC today are STILL crazy low, so I would like to publicly request that anyone who can contradict Newcomb do so and otherwise we just assume that's all on the level)

So I guess we get Newcomb's check, wait out any CCs from lolgambitting town (we have 8 living, if the Priest is someone else then they need to come forward now as it is probably MYLO and also you probably should have CC'd yesterday, and go from there?

(Note I am assuming Newcomb is actually Priest because either he is or he has tacit approval from the actual Priest in some manner which I don't care to speculate on. I suggest everyone do the same until he says otherwise, as if he is running a gambit it is probably working)

Okay, so assuming the most likely scenario (scum are leaving Newcomb up on purpose) their calculus is that the extra potential KP from doublesoup is worth the tradeoff of another Priest check.

This is almost certainly not true if they believed Newcomb would find another scum, which indicates either:

- They were reasonably confident that they knew who Newcomb would likely check AND that those people were not scum, or
- preview edit: well shit :V

Pretty sure that means he should have been souping, and if not for the "oh maybe they just don't know what they're doing/lolwitches" I'd call that a decent case for town asmo
