Also some QoL improvements for fellow JP users: returning to the skills after selecting the attack button ingame (only took two and a half years) and autoburning the things you don't want when rolling the FP gacha. Except Servants.

 

I have about 30 bottles of lite gatorade on hand for electrolyte replenisment. I fear it won't be enough.

Fire Emblem Heroes is a much better game.

But I'm surprised. I really really enjoyed America and London was quite good. And it seems it's going to get much better. The worst part of the game to me by far is QP grinding. But watching vids while doing it nuls that.

 

... I genuinely don't understand what you, and admittedly most in here enjoy about it. Each to their own though.

Fire Emblem has better art/waifus. Spring Kagero tittehs ftw. It's also more fun and has way more modes, they also throw our orbs like crazy. I'm totally not shilling.

I actually heard terrible things about it. Like, awful story, pay2win, etc. Anyways, if you hate it so much, why not sell and use it to whale on Fire Emblem? Should get some food money. Set yourself free.

Interpretative dance offe is still to take on the table though. Srs, can't use RL money but Dat Lartoria. So good.

 

FEH isn't p2w at all. You may not be able to beat the full +10 armor team that pops up in rank 20 every few dozen matches, but you can still easily maintain a high score as f2p.

I enjoy both games though because they do a lot to fill out each others weaknesses. The FGO story may be pedantic and simple at times, but at least there IS a story. In FEHeroes, the story is nonexsistent. There's some good guys and some baddies and they're fighting because... reasons? Also, you don't get to see any of the non-freebie units in any sort of plot arc that lasts for more than five or six lines of text, which significantly decreases any sense of character depth. In FGO, even the bronze servants show up fairly frequently in the various main/event arcs to get their moments in the spotlight.

In terms of gameplay, FEH is the winner because it has a deeper more complex metagame with some faux pvp aspects. FGO is just an extremely basic turn based AI system.

Every gacha is pay2win and scummy. Fire Emblem is much more fun and less needy lol
