This just another annoying, overly paranoid person, trying to make sense of their irrational thoughts to convince themselves into believing it. Yes, there are plenty of stories where the author has mimicked a certain scene or character to that of another story, but the only person who can say whether something is or isn't related is the author.

For example: we could say that "Lord ravenclaw"'s name actually originates from edgar alan poe's "The Raven". Wherein, the raven is a symbol of guilt as well as fear. So we could say that our overlord admin is trying to inspire guilt and fear in us.... but I thought that up in one minute and is a load of Bull-.

Really, I think that's the most insulting thing one can do to this type of person. Hating them makes them feel like they're doing the "right thing"...
