Note that this is probably from the movie, I was unable to find any mention of it in the book.

    Does legilimens count?

I remember the bird spell, and I never saw the movie. Legilimancy and related spells were first introduced in HBP.

No spell <EDIT> incantation<EDIT> is mentioned.
This was the spell used to send the birds after Ron.

EDIT: I was talking about the incantation used.

In the book, Hermione had already conjured the birds and used Oppugno to set them on Ron. Legilimens was officially introduced in Order of the Phoenix, though evidence of it is hinted from the first book onward.

Also in Half-blood Prince were Liberacorpus, and some unnamed spells used in the cave and by Draco trying to fix the Vanishing Cabinet.

EDIT: add on Langlock, the toenail-growing hex, and Specialis Revelio

There was also the spell that could stick someone's tongue to the roof of their mouth, but I don't think that the incantation was mentioned.

Wasn't Specialis Revelio already used in CoS on the Diary?

I think Episkey and Tergeo are used for the first time in the beginning of HBP too.

Episkey and Tergeo are used prior to Harry having the book, although I suppose its not impossible Snape invented them anyway and people just know them.

I take it back. Avis was used by Ollivander during the wand weighing prior to the Tri-Wizard Tournament. He tested Krum's wand with it.

Did Anarchy mean only in Snape's book? I thought he meant book 6 in general. My bad if it isn't the case.

For context, I'm trying to figure out what spells Harry would know or know of prior to his sixth year of Hogwarts. So spells in Snape's book would be something he would have no knowledge of at all.

Sounds like the perfect setup for a Harry / Slytherin Girl fic tbh.

Would you count silent spell casting then because that was something that wasn't taught until then.

He has his own office and a secretary in the first chapter of PS and by CS is hosting diners for important clients. So while you can't say for sure it's reasonable to assume he is in some kind of sales management position.
