Well, I got Franz 3 times. I burned her 3 times, I want nothing to do with her.
The last one was just before I rolled for Saber Lancelot and I got Lancelot.

Is there ever going to be a way to get a specific 5 star servant for sure, later in game, I mean? Not exactly someone who was blessed with an abundance of luck in gambling stuff so not liking my 0.021 % chances of getting the servant of my choice. Not even if the chances are at 2% when said servant's drop chances are raised, once in a blue moon.

 

I think in JP if you get the sixth copy of a SSR servant you can exchange it for another 5 start. So no xD

On your 6th copy you'll get an item (Unregistered Spirit Origin) once you have 10 of those you can trade them in for a specific servant via the Special Summon within Da Vinci's shop.

Other than that your best bet for a specific servant is a Grab Bag banner where a 5* is guaranteed.

This deeply offends me on so many levels.

 

I have an Emiya Archer at lvl 50 but also an Orion archer at lvl31 and Atlante at lvl 1. Should I continue to focus on Emiya or is it better to push one of the other two?

 

Been going slow on Camelot. I like to take my time with most of the singularities, so I've always got something to do besides farming Exp.

They're all solid choices. Emiya does well in Arts teams, while Atlanta is great at Quick support and has decent stargen. Orion would help more for Camelot with her Anti-Male damage+ skill.

But honestly unless you lean towards one more than another, Emiya is fine. Whoever suits your comp is the best choice.

 

Emiya's better long term if I remember right, as when he gets his strengthening later this year, as well as his second, he gets ridiculously buffed. Unfortunately, right now, he's a bit average.

Orion's a pretty good Arts archer so if you're able to get support from someone's Tamanoe then she does pretty good single target damage. From what I understand about Atlante, she gets an ability to crap out stars for crits and can buff quick based teams with her skill Beyond Arcadia.

Like everyone says though, use the one that best suits your playstyle. Orion is good ST damage and does good extra damage to Males *cough* Camelot *cough*, Atlante is good for crit / quick teams and EMIYA is pretty damn good later down the line if you don't mind long term investment.

 

well, I guess will go for emiya and orion, then. Already have some solid progress on Emiya and gonna go Orion in order to have at least one 5 star in my lineup.

 

Unless you are grailing, a 5* is in general always better. I would prioritise Orion because of that.
There are very few exceptions where this is not the case, but it is almost always this rule of thumb.

 

Eh.... I would say that's only true if you're a whale and can get your 5s to NP2+. Otherwise there are tons of 3/4s that can perform at the same level as 5s who fulfill the same role due to having better skill kits and being at NP5.

 

If you're basing level-worthiness on stats alone, then yeah the higher the rating the better.

But there's more to servants than pure stats. You need an AOE Archer? EMIYA. You need ST? Orion, with a + if it's against males. How well does their kit compliment their playstyle and your team comp?

Orion kills EMIYA on stats. But I'd honestly choose him over her 9 times out of 10.

The only class I struggle against when it's a single high HP boss is Archers. Anything else I can handle with relative ease. So I'd much rather have a consistent AOE Archer for farming than a ST Archer I only use on rare occasions.

Stats, Skills, your Comp, your servant situation... All of these things go into picking the right servant.

Unless they're your waifu/husbando, then you level/grail the shit out of them regardless of how good they are.

 

Frankly at this stage if you have Nobu, EMYIA is completely superfluous while Orion is an excellent ST Arts archer with a very solid skillset that synergizes well and an NP that removes a NP bar (great for stall) .

 

Well, grabbed the monthly reset tickets hoping for some luck in getting Ozzy. Instead, I get spooked by Lancelot Saber... This is an acceptable compromise big time.

For those I have added; Any preference on maintaining Arturia as my Saber slot, or would people like Saberlot to play with once I pimp him up?
